Her Impact co-creates pathways for high school girls—especially those at risk of being overlooked—to be seen, supported, and prepared to lead in the world ahead.

We build with them—creating space for identity, leadership, and real-world readiness.

We see them, support them, and trust them to lead what comes next.

As a grassroots organization, this work is personal—and intentional.
It’s built from lived experience, from understanding what it feels like to show up and still go unseen.

This is what we set out to do.
But we’re not meant to do it alone.

Her Impact is something we build together—
with community, with partners, and with the girls and women at the center of it all.

As we grow, so do the spaces we create.

Beyond high school, Her Impact expands to support women at every stage—
creating environments for leadership, wellness, storytelling, and connection.

Spaces where women are seen more clearly,
supported more deeply,
and empowered to shape their own lives—on their terms.

This isn’t about doing everything.
It’s about building something real—together.
